September 2023     “Weaving a communal narrative” at the IMMA Eco festival 2023: 100 school children, local community members, NCAD& UCD  students spend a week                                            weaving willow installations at IMMA collaboratively. The willow installations are to remain in place till Easter 2024, they have commenced growing leaves (and                                roots of course) by October 20223

December 2022       “Walking the Willow”, a film commissioned by UCD, documenting Von Maltzan and 10 UCD and NCAD students walking the willow submarine  that they build                                     at IMMA with the school children to their school in the Liberties and planting it there under a big willow tree (link to film)  

October 2022          IMMA project realisation award: “Weaving a communal narrative” at the IMMA Eco festival 2022: 150 school children, local community members, NCAD &                                       UCD  students spend a week weaving willow installations at IMMA, all installations and  materials were then rehomed to preschools, national schools,                                             colleges and local  private homes after being exhibited for 3 weeks on the long avenue at IMMA.
